Jet Clarifier
ETPC range of Jet clarifiers have been specifically developed for the generation of high quality overflows &/or high-density underflows. When using the novel Waterex floc cylinder designs, overflow clarities more than 10 times that obtained by conventional technologies are typically realised. Sizes range up to 10.0 m diameter or 1400 m3/hr/unit feed as standard.
Auto dilution -
flip plate assisted mixing and
hydraulic agitation realised without any moving parts.
Three polymer injection lances fitted as standard.
Hydraulic, static thickening of underflow with auto floc seeding systems fitted for many applications.
Materials of construction selected from protected mild steel, stainless steel of all types, duplex steels and FRP.
Baffled or Hirate or floc cylinder feed wells available.
Underflow rake drive system supplied for dense underflow applications.
